Q: How long will my status level be valid for?

Your status will remain valid if you continue to generate a minimum of 75% of the qualification requirements quarterly.

Q: How can I move to the next status level?

Upgrades take place every 3 months. To get upgraded to silver you need to generate 75,000 points in the previous 3 months, for gold 150,000 points.

Q: How do I find out the value and date of expiry of my points?

For every 1000 points, you get €1 in value. To check when points will expire please visit our customer service desk.

Q: Will my points expire?

Yes, points have to be redeemed in 6months of date of accumulation.

Q: How do I claim my benefits?

You can exchange your loyalty points at cash desk. Points can be exchanged for playable credits, table game credits, one4all vouchers that can be exchanged in over 500 shops around Malta and Gozo, and also restaurant and bar credits.

Q: How do I earn points on my card?

All you have to do is use your My Rewards card when you are playing slots or tables at the casino. Insert your card into the slot machine before you play, or give your card to the croupier at the tables when you sit down.
