Terms and Conditions
By participating, You agree that You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to You. If You do not agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions please do not use or continue to use the Service. Upon registration as a Player at the Casino, You are bound by these Terms and Conditions, Our Privacy Policy and the policies relevant to Your participation in Our promotions as may be updated from time to time (all such rules and policies collectively referred to hereinafter as the ‘Rules’).
Changes of the Terms and Conditions
We may need to change the Terms and Conditions for a number of reasons, including for commercial, regulatory, and customer services reasons. The latest Terms and Conditions can be accessed here or at the Casino, and the date on which that came into force shall be noted herein.
When changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, We will notify You by placing a notice on Our website and by updating the Terms at the Casino. You are to re-confirm acceptance of these updated Terms and Conditions before being able to proceed with the website.
In these Terms and Conditions:
“Casino” means the Dragonara Casino, operated by Dragonara Gaming Limited C-49848 with a registered address at Dragonara Palace, Dragonara Road, St. Julian’s, STJ 3143, Malta.
“Customer/s” mean(s) a Registered Customer at the Casino.
“Games” means casino and any other games offered at the Casino.
“Participate” and any cognate thereof means, without limitation, any of the conduct described below.
“Intellectual Property” means trademarks and trade names, whether registered or not, including, but not limited to, trademark applications and registered trademarks, with the goodwill which attaches in such trade names and trademarks, domain names, getup, trade dress and trading style including without limitation as presented in websites; domain name registrations and any variations thereof now and in the future; any copyright in the getup, trade dress or trading style, any right or licence under copyright to use such getup, trade dress or trading style, any software code, architecture of software, look and feel of software, or any other intellectual property, owned by or licensed to us, in each case in any part of the world.
“Registered Customer” means a person who has registered with the Casino upon first entry to the Casino and who has been given an entry status upon first visit.
“Service” means the availability, and provision, of the games that enables You to Participate and any other service or product offered by Us at the Casino.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions, Our Privacy Policy, Our Cookie Policy, and any other policy which the Casino puts into force from time to time.
“We/Us/Our” means Dragonara Gaming Limited, in all matters pertaining to the Games, together with (where the context permits) its holding companies and subsidiaries.
“Website” means dragonara.mt.
“You/Your” and also referred to as “Player”, means any person who enters the Casino and Participates in any game provided by the Casino.
The Dragonara Casino
The Dragonara Casino is a brand managed by Dragonara Gaming Limited (C-49848), a Maltese registered company whose registered address is Dragonara Palace, Dragonara Road, St Julian’s STJ 3143, Malta. All transactions between You and the Casino take place in Malta.
Your Participation at The Dragonara Casino
Restrictions
If you are a Maltese national, You may enter the Casino and participate only if You are at least twenty-five (25) years of age. For all other nationals, You may enter the Casino and participate if You are eighteen (18) years of age. It is illegal to play at the Casino if you are under eighteen (18) years old.
Identification Documentation
You will be required to submit a valid and unexpired government issued document proving your official full name and date of birth upon entering the Casino. Acceptable identification documentation includes a valid and unexpired national identity card, passport, driving licence or residential permit. You will also be requested to provide your residential address.
The processing of personal data collected at the Casino is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, as further set out in our Privacy Policy, which may accessible from https://dragonara.mt/privacy-policy/
Risk
You accept that Participation at the Casino is at Your sole discretion and risk. Any device and/or system malfunctions (including gaming machines, jackpot systems, or equipment) render all current plays and payouts invalid.
We also bring to Your attention the below clause referring to the limitation of Our liability and Your indemnification.
Acceptable Use
You represent, warrant and agree that You will comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in relation to Your Participation. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorised use of Our services by You. By accepting these Terms and Conditions You agree to assist Us, to the extent that You are able, with the compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
No liability
Save as otherwise specifically limited/disallowed by the application of an applicable law, the Casino shall accept no liability whatsoever, and cannot be held liable for any damages or losses which are deemed, or alleged to have arisen, out of, or in connection with, your Participation. Moreover, the Casino reserves the sole and unfettered right to not allow You entry to the Casino at any point in time without giving any reason whatsoever.
Registration of a new PlayerAll Players who visit the Casino for the first time are to provide Us with an identity document as part of the registration process. The identity documents include but are not limited to an identity card, passport, driver’s licence, or any other document which is valid and unexpired. Cruise ID cards of cruise liners personnel are not considered valid for registration purposes.
We shall take a photo of You at registration level.
Regular Players
If You are already in possession of a player card You must present the player card to the reception before entering the Casino.
Your identity shall be verified by confirming that the information on the player card is the same as the one recorded in Our system, and that the photo ID of the patron profile matches.
If the identification document presented at registration stage has expired, You shall be asked to provide an updated and valid identification document before entering the Casino. If You do not have the identification card in Your possession when visiting the Casino, You shall bring Your document with You during Your next visit to the Casino. Failure to bring with You the valid identification document may result in a prohibition from entering the Casino and/or in your temporary barring.
If You are barred, You will be prohibited from entering the Casino until the barring is lifted.
Anti-Money Laundering Terms
The Casino complies with Maltese and European laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the prevention of money laundering and the funding of terrorism.
It is unlawful to deposit money which consists of the proceeds from criminal activity.
Transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and all other illegal activity.
Suspicious transactions shall be investigated by the Casino and, if necessary, a suspicious transaction report will be made by the Casino to the relevant competent authorities. In any such event, the Casino is prohibited from informing any Player or third parties involved, save for limited circumstances, that an investigation is being or may be carried out, or that information has been or may be transmitted to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, in the event of suspicious transactions, the Company may suspend, block or close the registration of the relevant Player and withhold funds as may be required by law and/or by the competent authorities.
Verification of Your Identity – Know Your Client (“KYC”) Requirements
By agreeing to the Terms, You authorise Us to undertake verification checks as We may require Ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm Your identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering.
Where applicable, the identity of the Player will be confirmed and verified at the first visit upon registration.
The below personal information is required at registration stage and is therefore requested to be submitted directly by the Player at the Casino at the reception:
- Full name and surname
- Permanent residential address
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Nationality
- Personal ID reference no.
However, in low-risk situations, You can provide the following details: (a) official full name; (b) date of birth; and (c) permanent residential address.
A photo of the Player is to be taken at the Casino.
In certain circumstances, We may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information to Us directly in order to complete the checks. If You do not or cannot provide Us with such information, then We may suspend Your registration until You have provided Us with such information. We may also permanently disable or suspend Your registration.
Any and all documents submitted by You must be clear, legible and of good quality.
Self-Barring
If You wish to self-exclude yourself from playing at the Casino You shall submit an application at the Casino by filling in the self-exclusion form and presenting a valid official identification document (ID), indicating the timeframe for Your self-barring.
You are allowed to increase Your self-exclusion period but shall be prohibited from decreasing the said period before the expiry of the duration set.
Management Barring
You may be asked to leave the Casino by one of the gaming managers, and surveillance will be informed not to allow You to re-enter the Casino. A report is issued to verify the events and after investigating the report, a decision may be taken as to whether a management barring is to be enforced. If a management barring is issued You will only be allowed to re-enter the Casino once such barring is lifted.
Payment methods
We accept cash, or you can use the ATM or EPOS terminals to withdraw funds..
The following cards shall not be accepted:
- American Express
- Business Cards
- Diners
- Any card without a name and a surname
Winning and Claims
You are responsible for claiming and collecting bet/stakes and winning due to You.
Any money which You may find lying unclaimed in the Casino shall be immediately handed over to any person acting on behalf of the Casino.
Participating in Gaming
You are only allowed to play with your funds and to pay at the time of the transaction, thus:
- You are not allowed to play on credit or delay payment for your transactions;
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any transactions You make are correct.
We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any transaction requested by you at any time at our sole discretion. No transaction is accepted by us until we have confirmed to you that it has been accepted.
Complaints
You may file a complaint or a query by submitting the dispute with any member of the team of the management.
If a complaint reported to the Casino remains unresolved, or if You are still unsatisfied with the resolution provided by the Casino, you can choose to take your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We have appointed the “Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution entity (MADRE) as our independent third-party arbitration body. Any conclusions of the ADR provider on such cases shall be binding upon both the Company and the complainant. Please contact MADRE and learn about their dispute resolution procedure madre-online.eu. This dispute resolution process is offered free of charge and concerns unresolved complaints that relate to the gambling transactions. Note that MADRE may at any time dismiss a claim from a customer if they feel that the complaint is frivolous or vexatious.

Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity
The following activities are not allowed and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
- Colluding with other third parties.
- Using unfair advantage or influence (commonly known as cheating), including the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our software, the use of automated player (sometimes known as ‘bots’); or the exploitation of an ‘error’.
- Undertaking fraudulent activities including money laundering and any offence with criminal repercussions.
We take all reasonable steps to prevent such activities, detect them and the relevant Players, and deal with the relevant Players appropriately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you or any other Player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity, or cheating, and any action we take in respect of the same will be at out sole discretion.
If You suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent activity, kindly report to the Casino’s management.
We reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities, other casinos, banks, credit institutions, credit card companies, electronic service providers, or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, and You agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.
Breach of the Terms of Use
You shall compensate Us in full for any claim, liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees) and any other charges that may arise as a result of Your breach of the Terms.
Where You are in a material breach of the Terms, we reserve the right, but shall not be required, to:
- Provide You with notice that You are in breach, requiring you to stop the relevant ac of failure to act.
- Suspend Your registration so that You are unable to place any bets in the Casino.
- Close Your registration with or without prior notice from Us.
- Recover from You any winnings which have been generated by a material breach.
Laws and Jurisdiction
The Casino is licensed and regulated by the MGA (licence number MGA/B2C/181/2010).
The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
The courts of Malta shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising of the Terms themselves.
Intellectual Property Rights
All design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, videos, the selection and arrangements thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by Us or used under licence from third party right owners.
Under no circumstances shall the use of the Service grant to any Player any interest in any intellectual property rights owned by Us or by any third party whatsoever.
No rights whatsoever are granted to use or to reproduce any trade names, trademarks, or logos except as specifically permitted in accordance with the Terms.
